are delighted to introduce this new venture to you.
We greatly appreciate your support of Siduri and hope
that you embrace Novy Cellars in the same enthusiastic manner.

| Those of
you who know us, understand that our family is very important
to us. |
| Over the years some of
you have had the opportunity to meet various members of our
family as they have come to California to help with harvest or
work on bottling. For
several years we have considered various ways to get the
family more involved in the wine business.
With the 1998 harvest we were offered a small amount of
top quality Syrah grapes and this led to the founding of Novy
Cellars
.

Cellars is a new, family winery. |
| Novy Cellars is owned
by Adam & Dianna Lee (of Siduri Wines) and Dianna’s
family (her parents, Adolph & Rose Marie Novy, and her
brothers and sisters-in-law, David & Angela, Bryan &
Kathy, and Steven & Marie Novy).
Tracing their family history back to Czechoslovakia,
the Novy family takes pride in their Czech heritage and lives
in the largely Czech community of Ennis, Texas.
Novy is also a Czech word meaning “new.”
It is in this spirit, combining family, history, and
yet also a spirit of freshness, that we offer you Novy
Cellars.

| What
is the relationship between Novy Cellars and Siduri Wines? Siduri
Wines will continue to produce only Pinot Noir - while Novy
Cellars will never produce Pinot Noir.
All Novy Cellars wines will be made by Dianna and Adam
Lee, with the help of the Novy family, at Siduri’s winery.
Much like Siduri, our goal at Novy is to produce the
finest wine possible. We
will make certain that every Novy wine is worthy of carrying
the family name. |
