2010 Four Mile Creek Red Table Wine

The last two vintages of Four Mile Creek Red Table Wine have received some outstanding press. The 2009 Four Mile was awarded the distinction of being one of the Wine Enthusiast's Top 100 values of 2011. The 2008 Four Mile Creek Red Table Wine was quite the hit, earning "Best Buy" designations from Wine Spectator, Robert Parker's Wine Advocate, and the Wine Enthusiast. The 2010 is perhaps an even finer wine than either one of its predecessors…. something we are incredibly proud of.

The 2010 Novy Four Mile Creek is a blend of Syrah (65), Grenache (25%), and Zinfandel (10%) from vineyards in the Russian River, Dry Creek Valley, and Napa. It is full of bright, red fruits, a smooth, rich mid-palate, and a long, but soft finish. Unlike many wines at this price point, this wine comes from many of the same vineyards that you have enjoyed as single- vineyard wines. It has also been treated with the same care as all of our wines, down to the point of being bottled without fining or filtration.

The 2010 Novy Four Mile Creek is not designed as a wine to occupy space in your cellar. Though it will certainly keep for several years, it was truly created as a wine to be served at larger parties and events, or on a Tuesday night with hamburgers on the grill.
